FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Pick up days

After you finish a course you will get an mail that your work is ready for pick up.

Pick up days are:

Studio Pansa KNSM (KNSM-Laan 297):

Tuesday - Wednesday 16:00 - 20:00
Sundays 15:00 - 19:00

from December 24 till January 1st these are our adjusted pickup times:
Closed - December 25, 26, 31 & January 1st.
Open: 24, 27, 28, & 29 of December. (10:00 - 16:00)

Studio Pansa Amstel (H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 53P):

Tuesday, Wednesday 19:00-21:00
Saturday 10:00-13:30 (closed on Dec 14 due to our Winter market)

from December 24 till January 1st these are our adjusted pickup times:
Closed - December 24, 25, 26, 31 & January 1st.
Open:
December 27 - 14:00-16:30
December 28 10:30-14:00
December 29 14:00-16:30

When you come to pick up your work, please inform the mentor on duty at the studio, so we can help you find it.

Please bring packing materials with you so you can safely transport your work home with you. This can be newspaper, bubble wrap, towels or any other soft fabric.

If you are not able to come on one of these times, please let us know so we can see what we can do. But in general try to pick it up on one of these days.

Pieces can't stay in the studio for more than four weeks. After this time we have to clear out the studio to make room for new pieces. We will add abandoned pieces to our charitable donation shelf.
